訂購條款 Terms & Conditions for Ordering

請 細 閱 下 列 條 款 。 所 有 訂 購 一 經 本 公 司 接 納 後 ， 即 表 示 顧 客 願 意 接 受 所 有 有 關 條 款 。

For order, please read the following terms and conditions.  Any order confirmed by us would mean your acceptance of all the related terms and conditions mentioned below.

  1. 所 有 蛋 糕 預 訂 均 須 於 最 少 兩 天 前 通 知 ， 下 午 5 時 後 預 訂 將 作 翌 日 的 訂 單 處 理 。 凡 於 星 期 六 下 午 一 時 後 或 星 期 日 / 公 眾 假 期 經 互 聯 網 遞 交 之 訂 單 ， 將 於 假 期 後 第 一 個 工 作 天 處 理 。 
    Orders should be placed at least 2 days in advance. Orders placed after 5:00pm will be processed on the next day.  Orders placed via Internet on Sundays OR Public Holidays OR after 1:00pm on Saturdays will be processed on the next working day.
  2. 所 有 傳 真 / 互 聯 網 訂 購 均 須 經 本 公 司 回 覆 確 認 。
    For order by fax or via the Internet, you will receive a confirmation call from us.
  3. 所 有 訂 購 一 經 本 公 司 接 納 後 ， 恕 不 可 取 消 及 退 回 訂 金 。
    Cancellation of order will not be accepted once we have confirmed the order.  The deposit paid will not be refunded.
  4. 如 訂 購 超 過 2 磅 之 蛋 糕 ， 貴 客 須 先 付 3 成 訂 金 。
    A 30% deposit is required for cake ordered over 2 lbs.
  5. 提 取 / 送 遞 蛋 糕 時 ， 請 以 現 金 即 時 付 款 。
    Full payment / Balance of Payment in cash should be made upon collection/delivery of cake.
  6. 若 顧 客 未 能 在 指 定 日 期 內 提 取 蛋 糕 ， 有 關 訂 購 將 自 動 作 廢 ， 所 繳 訂 金 將 不 會 被 退 回 。 同 時 ， 公 司 將 保 留 權 利 向 顧 客 追 討 未 繳 付 之 餘 款 。
    Should the customer fail to collect the cake upon designated date, the order will be regarded as abandoned and no refund will be made.  Moreover, we reserve the right to claim the customer for the balance of payment.
  7. 如 顧 客 要 求 送 貨 服 務 ， 本 公 司 將 按 送 貨 地 區 收 取 費 用 。  收 費 如 下  :
     A delivery charge is required if delivery service is requested by the customer.  The fee schedule is as follows:

    港島其他區 Other Districts in HK Island      HK$100

     * 送 貨 時 間 只 限 上 午 九 時 至 晚 上 七 時
                 Delivery Service is available from 9:00am to 7:00pm only.

    　

  8. 凡 訂 購 8 磅 之 蛋 糕 或 以 上  或 一 次 過 訂 購 滿 $500,  均 可 獲 減 免 $50 送 貨 費 用 (  此 優 惠 只 適 用 於 須 要 繳 付 送 貨 費 用 之 訂 購 )
     A  discount of  $50  off the delivery charge will be offered to any order of cake of 8 lbs or above OR order valued $500 or above at one time (This discount is applicable to orders with delivery charges only).
  9. 上 述 各 項 細 則 ， 如 有 更 改 ， 恕 不 另 行 通 知 。
    No prior notice will be given for any change on the above details.
